Periods

Oh yeah, I'm going there today.. lol

I didn't get my period till I was 13 which I think is fairly normal right..? I remember some of my friends in elementary school getting it at 9 years old.. yeah.. lol. The reason why I'm writing this is because I got this app on my iPhone that predicts when I'll get my period and its fairly accurate.

If there's a better app out there let me know!

For me the worst thing about getting your period isn't the actual blood, that is easy to handle. Its the pre-period symptoms lol. I gain like 10 freaking pounds through bloating and constipation haha and when I can't wear certain clothes for a week or I'll look super fat and I'll get some acne >.<

I looked at the app today because I thought to myself "Its been a while since I got my period I wonder when I get it" and then I looked at the app and was like NOOOO!!!!!!! LOL

I was talking to Steve about periods because of this app lol and I told him that I've never had cramps maybe like discomfort once in a while but never full on super painful cramps I know some girls can get and he told me his ex-girlfriend couldn't even go out because her cramps were so bad. 

Anyways I'm starting to get bloated not sure about the constipation yet... what are your period symptoms?

Afternoon Tea at Fur Elise

I've never actually been to afternoon tea before! O__O and I really really want to take Ashley to this place next time she visits Vancouver ^__^

My friend brought me to this place because his mom has never been there and since I hang out with them a lot he wanted me to come too!

Online Shopping Haul (small)

Think I was dead did you!? lol

Sorry for the lack of updates, school has kept me busier than I thought and when I do have down time I'm usually catching up with my friends :P

So I decided to do a small haul on things I bought online recently ^__^

I recently noticed that my ear holes (is that right? ear... piercings?) lol are uneven, they are a lot higher than they should be. Well that's what happens when your mom's friend has a ear piercing gun in their purse and decides to pierce it on a boat >.< good parenting...

and then they broke when I tried them on, WTF!!!!!!!!!

Kose: Softymo Super Make Off Sheet (Collagen)

The Kose Softymo Super Make Off Sheet (Collagen)~!

So I think I should let you guys know that I've only used one other sheet make up remover by Neutrogena and I did not like that one at all. I thought it dried out quickly, it burned my skin whenever I used it, I think at some point it made me have some dry patches on my skin too and I thought the sheets did have a rougher texture than what I would like (remember this is my opinion, so if you like it and think it works well then good for you!)

I got this on Sasa randomly, I just wanted to try a different makeup sheet remover and I know Japanese products usually work really well for me so I added it in the last Sasa haul I had :)

Very Moist! 

You can even see bubbles

These are way more moist than the Neutrogena ones. I don't really wear that much makeup so these work well for me, I think if I wore more eye makeup then I would have some issues taking it all off. When it comes to pigmented lipstick it takes it off so well!

This doesn't break me out, it isn't rough on the skin, for like $11 it comes with 52 sheets (unlike the Neutrogena ones that only come with like 25 or something) and they are super moist and take off my foundation off well (that's all I really care about, I can't do eye makeup lol)

Give these a try! I'm really glad I purchased these, I will definitely purchase again and from what I saw last time I was on the Sasa website they were sold out!

First School Week

Mini update!

Maaaan I wish I was taking more classes!!

I'm only taking two right now and I have so much spare time its really annoying, I wish I was doing something more productive -___-' not working though, screw that lol.

I'm only taking English and Mandarin since all the other classes I'm waitlisted in are fucking full >.< AND! I didn't know you can actually go to the classes you are waitlisted in to suck up to the teacher, wtf!

So far I really like my English prof, he seems like a really fun guy so I like him for now... LOL. My Mandarin prof on the other hand.. I feel like she treats us like little kids which is annoying so I don't really like her lol but we will see how it goes.

Moop so I'm going to go see a counselor this week to talk about what I can do for next semester and junk :P

The Saem: Gem Miracle Black Pearl CC Cream

Waited three weeks for this to come!

Sorry for the lack of updates! School starts soon so I have to prepare for that >.< I'm falling behind on some of my beauty posts which I'll try my best to post soon. AND! because its back to school time I'm going to go back to school shopping sooon! Please bear in mind that because I get cold easily I'm going to focus on more wintery items like sweaters lol. Thanks!

So I've never used a CC cream before and I wanted to give it a try. I had heard that The Saem one was pretty good and pretty affordable so I decided to try it. I ordered it off ebay and it arrived in three weeks.

What it says it corrects (according to the ebay description): Moisturizes, whitens, wrinkle, radiance, moisture, nutrition, illumination, tone correction, texture correction and sun screen (SPF 50)

Interesting bottle design

I like that this bottle has a pump plus its a pretty hefty bottle, it is not small at all and of course the packaging of this product is really well done, feels more expensive than it really is and I'm pretty sure this will last you a long time.

 Sorry for the blurry photo but I'm sure you are smart enough to figure out what is happening lol

In a way I like the way it dispenses but it would be a lot easier if you could pump it directly onto your hand instead of contaminating the lid but that's me personally, plus its a cool design.

 I think you're meant to mix it with a foundation or BB cream lol

When I tested it out on my hand it perfectly matched my skin (turned from white to my skin color) but when I put it on my face super white... lol.

It has a thick but light texture, It felt pretty oily while I was putting it on my skin and it also has a nice scent but to me it felt a little overwhelming

Not only that I went out for a few hours (like 4) and when I got home I noticed some dry patches (especially in between my eyes and near my mouth) which annoyed me a little.

 annnnd Broke out lol

I used it a few times to make sure it that it was breaking me out and not other things (like getting my period lol) but unfortunately the product does break me out.

So obviously I'm not going to use this again even if I did try to mix it with BB cream and foundation I would still break out so.. yeah.. not using this again! I don't want to discourage you from buying this, of course you know everybody has different skin so it might work for you!
