What the hell?!

One of the more frustrating mornings I've had in a while... I think I wrote a past blog post in the past about how Steve and his mom are finally moving out, well.. They told me two months ago that they would be moving out at the end of March, now its April and they told me again that they'd be moving out at the end of April and NOW they're telling me they're going to be moving out at the end of May... THE HELL!!!!!!!

WTF I basically have another renter ready for next month (they know this) and then a week before the new tenant (technically she's a previous tenant) has to move in, she wants to sign a lease for 1 year, Steve tells me they can't move out till the end of next month because well his stupid mom not only took too long to find an apartment, she applied for the apartment they wanted perhaps too late, so now they might have to find a new place.

He basically told me "as soon as we get approved we'll be moving right away" they wanted to move out as soon as possible and tell us last minute.. like what the hell, in other apartment buildings you have to tell the landlord or management like a month in advance that you are moving out and you want to let us know when YOU get approved? I don't fucking think so, you had 3 months to find a place, you even flew your sister back to Vancouver to help find an apartment and now your telling us to wait another month?

You wouldn't do this to another landlord so why would you do this to your girlfriend's family?

Back Story:

Steve needed to move into our house cause well at the time he was working full time and he rented a suite that was like $1000 a month but his parents paid for it because he was basically a babysitter for their furniture LOL but they didn't want to pay for it. His wage wasn't that high so he couldn't afford to live there without his parents support.

I told my dad about his situation and one of our tenants in our smaller suite was moving out so he offered that to him FREE OF CHARGE. Steve was like oh that's great cause well he could save money and stuff. Then maybe 6 months later the tenant in the bigger suite moved out and my dad offered that to him for $700 a month cause we were renting that space out for more than that and my parents figured we wanted more privacy.

Then like a year later his mom decides she wants to abandon his dad and come live in Canada for some reason... and since she's lived here its been chaotic. She does whatever the hell she wants whenever she wants and doesn't even care who its disrupting.

So why are they moving? They say its cause when his sister comes back from Montreal they'll need a bigger place which is partially the reason why. The other reason is because apparently its too embarrassing to live at our house, I even talked about this with his friend who told me its some sort of "pride bullshit" <-- his words not mine lol. He says that she's too embarrassed to tell her friends that she rents the basement suite of his girlfriends house so she's been hiding it for like 2 years.

So yeah now that she's working she wants to move out.

So now I have to email the girl back and basically be like well you can't move in till June now cause these assholes can't get their shit together and want to take advantage of my parents.

I seriously am babysitting them, ever since Steve basically moved in here, we should have raised the rent on them when his stupid ass mom decided she wanted to become Canadian and abandon his dad in Korea.

Frankly I can't wait till they move out, they're probably one of the worst tenants we've ever had and we've had fucking drug dealers live in our house LOL but at least they dealt with their affairs quietly and didn't have to drag my parents into their mess and didn't inconvenience them.

Boys and girls this is why you never rent to your boyfriend who has an idiot mom because:

-They paid rent late nearly EVERY month, the longest that they went without paying rent was 2 weeks and I had to remind them like every day

-They brought Monet into the house and didn't even bother asking my parents about her and didn't pay a pet deposit because according to his mom "your mom loves dogs so its ok" <-- NO FUCK YOU, ITS NOT YOUR HOUSE!

-Monet was not house trained or anything (constant barking, peeing and shitting everywhere in the suite)

-Loud as fuck every day, my dad can hear them all the way upstairs on the other side of the house (we have an odd long house)

-They basically destroyed the kitchen sink

So now we might basically lose a tenant for a year, a really nice tenant who's quiet for these idiots who can't figure their shit out.

At some point they wanted me to look at the application for they had to fill out for the apartment and BOY DID THEY LIE OR WHAT! LOL they didn't even bother putting my parents or my information down for the current landlord in case they need references and they wonder why the apartment management company won't call them back, its like well you gave them a shitty application and now your harassing them on the phone, would you rent a suite out to you?

This morning I had to fucking push them to find a new place cause you know what? They were supposed to move out TWO MONTHS AGO why should I constantly put a better tenant on hold so the shitty one can stay longer? I don't want to babysit them anymore..

Why do I have such bad Karma?

100th Post!

Woohooo! This is my 100th Post!

How do I want to commemorate this? By bitching out!

STUPID SCHOOOOOL!

So the school sent me an email telling me that I can register for my program classes at noon on the 27th of June. I logged in at 11:45AM to see if I can access it and it locked me out saying to come back later, So I was like ok I guess I'll have to come back at noon. I come in at 12 on the dot and ALL THE CLASSES ARE FULL. So I'm fucking waitlisted! I'm like WHAT THE FUUUCK?!!?!??!

Here's the problem with this schools registration program: They will let anyone register for anything as long as you meet the prerequisites.

So technically I don't even have to take Kinesiology classes I can take Nutrition classes or business classes. What I should have done was to register for something totally random and then have an earlier registration time then take the classes I want like really WHAT THE HELL!? Why let someone registered for something else take someone elses seat in the class they want?! I'm literally like position 50 in almost all the classes I signed up for and I only get offered a seat when my position is at 0, so basically there are 50 people ahead of me for one fucking class.

On top of that there are some pre-reqs I don't have for certain classes and if I take this one test I won't have to do a certain course which is like $90.

I go ask my dad for $90 and he's like "no, go ask Steve" its like really? FUCK YOU. He's always said "oh I'll pay for your school so you don't have to worry" and then I ask him for fucking $90 and he says no... and he looked at me like I just killed his family.

Well like what the fuck am I going to do when September drops if I can't get into the courses I want? almost everything is full >.< and fuck that I don't want to work.

Second Rant Begins.

So we got a new renter who seems like a really nice girl from the UK so she has like no furniture or anything. So She just asked if it was possible to get a bigger bed so I was like that shouldn't be a big deal we have tons upstairs and they're not all being used. So today me and Steve decide to move the bed and my parents FREAKED THE FUCK OUT. They're like "NO! THAT'S OUR BED! WE NEED IT!" Really? You don't even use that bed and nobody ever wants to stay here.

Basically what they mean is give them the shittiest furniture and other used goods because they can't afford to have their own house -___-' like seriously wtf why even rent, not only that this house is FULL of garbage, if I could afford to pay people to come here and throw out all the useless unnecessary furniture and other garbage I would but I can't cause I'm poor lol.

So then they went on a rampage saying that I'm: a bad daughter, lazy, useless, stupid, mentally disabled, etc.. my mom then asks Steve's mom to make some tea and my mom says to her "I look at her face and her mind and she's no good" I'm like are you fucking kidding? Who says that about their own kid?

I hope to god that she fucking dies soon my dad too and I know how some people will say "if your parents die you'll miss them" and all that bullshit and I'm going to say umm.. NO thanks but no thanks I don't think I'll miss verbal abuse.

Do you know what my favorite thing my mom ever said me was? When I was 12 and I wanted to go sleep over at my friends house for their birthday party my mom said "Why do you want to go sleep there? You just want to have sex with their dad don't you because you want to be a prostitute" Ahh preteen memories. And she asks Steve's mom why Ashley and I don't like her... seriously.

My parents, are just pieces of garbage. I wish when me and Ashley were little we were adopted by real parents instead of having these idiots raise us.

Are your parents similar or worse? How do you deal with them? Let's start a support group lol.

What a way to commemorate 100 posts lol I actually wanted to do something more interesting but this hasn't been a good week and I just had to bitch out lol, so I guess I'll save it for the next post.

June Updates!

Bleeeeh!!!

Sorry for the lack of updates again! But not much has happened this month lol

The house has been hectic lately, there are some Vietnamese ladies staying at our house for some reason... and its been quite loud. Monet (the dumbass dog) has been going crazy every morning because she can hear people outside >.< and Steve's mom doesn't like to do anything about her barking when other people are sleeping -___-' so yeah every morning I wake up pissed off and I tell Steve I'm going to punch the dog in the face (I obviously don't) she runs away when we come out of the room because she knows we're pissed off because of her barking. This dog isn't going to be trained by anyone, any training done so far has failed because his mom keeps letting her do whatever she wants and doesn't discipline her when she does something bad >.<

I've also been avoiding taking photos with my Iphone, for some reason every time I try to upload them they come out all glitched out and smooshed, I don't know if I should reset my phone or something but if it doesn't solve the problem then I'm not sure what I'll do. So yeah this blog update is going to be boring if you don't like reading LOL.

The stupid tenant finally moved out halfway through the month. For those who live in North Van it really isn't hard to miss this woman, she's older, caucasian, chubby, has short hair, wears glasses and roams up and down Lonsdale Ave. She especially likes to stop at BMO and talking to random strangers at bus stops lol. I feel bad for whoever has to take her in now. I can't remember if I blogged about this or not and but she wrote some note to me saying that as soon as she got her deposit back (which was $100) that she would move out but she wrote in huge bold letters saying: NO CHEQUE NO MONEY ORDER! CASH ONLY!!!! I'm like fuck you, you get no choice bitch. She refused to give us cash for rent (bylaw I'm required to give her a receipt if she did give us cash, idiot) so I was like screw you, your getting a money order because you gave us one lol. She got all pissed off when I gave it to her lol.

Anyways I posted up the room on Craigslist because we want to rent it out. Then one morning my mom and Steve's mom go out for coffee at Mcdonalds and my mom randomly turns to the guy sitting like beside them and says "where do you live?" (We weren't there but we got a phone call from Steve's mom) and she told him to rent our house and asked him to come to our house. I was so fucking pissed off when I heard that. This is exactly what happened last time and we ended up with a bat shit crazy tenant. Plus this dude could've fucking like robbed us or murdered everyone inside. Mcdonalds customers aren't really trustworthy I mean every time I go in there some random dude always asks me to buy them a meal, like no!

I also have some guy spam emailing asking to rent the room but he only says "is it available?" like really give me a bit more info or even "I want to rent" -___-' yeah... note to all of you I screen the crap out of you LOL, if you give me some info about yourself then I will probably email you back doesn't have to be full detail just like if you have a job (very important) and what kind of tenant you are lol.

You know what's stupid? I had to wake up early one morning (I am not a morning person) and I received an email like a few weeks ago from the school saying that I had to register for classes or something so I was like FUUCK lol. Then I get up that morning, login to my student access thing to register and what is it? It was to activate the registration TIME, not actually register for classes -___-' I was like fuck off! WHY DO YOU NEED TO DO THAT?! lol got up for no reason.. so I have to get up early AGAIN in a few days to actually register for classes >.<

Speaking of school... I went to hang out with one of my old classmates the other day and I don't go downtown very often and I probably won't go back again after this. But she was going to be late so I was like "ok I have time to go to the bank" and as I'm walking there this fucking chick starts walking super close beside me and says "hi, where are you going?" I'm like WTF #1 PERSONAL SPACE INVADED #2 WHO THE FUCK ARE YOU?! and it turns out ... she works for WORLD VISION. I don't know if I mentioned this in the past but I used to donate to fucking Save the children and every time I tried to cancel they would just try to steer the conversation to somewhere else until I was like "fuck you I'm closing my bank account!" and they said to me "but how will you save the children?" I just hung up lol.

I had a friend that was just hanging out at home and I had told him all about the Save the children people and some World Vision guy came knocking on his door and was like super upset, literally crying, and he was like "can you sponsor a kid?" he did it LOL. He said "well I'll only do it for a year"

I SERIOUSLY hate donating now, I absolutely refuse to donate especially for people who claim to be helping other people. I know its a bad thing to say but after closing my bank account (which was super drastic, I literally called them like 5 times to cancel and every time they were like no) I was like I absolutely DO NOT want to donate to any cause, I just don't trust them.

Ranting over lol. Have you had good experiences donating? Keep in mind I'm a poor student lol

My Birthday

So.. my birthday was yesterday...

I don't think I've ever had a good birthday and if I did I think I would remember it lol. This year Steve wanted to take me to hot springs but I told him no because I didn't want him to spend lots of money and then he suggested going to Whistler to go to a spa but I also said no because I didn't want him to spend money lol. So I told him we should just go downtown, he hates going downtown because its crowded -___-'

Anyways we came home to pick up Steve's mom's car from the dealership from getting fixed and my mom comes running out saying that the tenant (I previously mentioned her in one of my posts) called city officials and police officers regarding the suite she is renting. I actually have no idea what the actual issue is (nor did the police officers or the city officials tell my mom) She never came to us and told us there was a problem with her suite plus she like talks to my mom like everyday so.. like wtf... Why not bring up the issue?

She asked my dad at one point if she could put a hot plate in her room because she's too "tired" to walk to the kitchen -___-' really? I've seen you walk around the Lonsdale Quay trying to talk to random strangers you see at bus stops. The walk to the kitchen is less than 10 seconds -__-' of course my dad said no because it was a fire hazard and she got all pissed.

She also keeps telling us that she was an ex-firefighter, an ex-paramedic, a mechanic and some other bullshit. I told her show me proof and I'll believe you LOL otherwise I don't believe a word.

We think since she gets money from the government that she's trying to make them give her more and get into social housing, then again there probably is something wrong with that suite but the previous tenant never mentioned anything and she lived there for months. Her previous roommates complained about her too... which was another reason for me not to trust her.

She also seems to try to play the victim card since she has a pacemaker, I mean why do you keep bringing it up? honestly its not my problem if she's unhealthy so I don't give a shit lol.

After this crap came up we looked up some legal stuff online, told my dad about it since he was at work, went to visit Ashley's husbands mom, I called the non-emergency police to try and get in contact with the constable that came to the house so I can understand wtf this situation is. Then I had dinner LOL (take out) I was too stressed/pissed off to go out and sit down to eat plus I had to stay home to make sure my mom doesn't go nuts and try to murder the tenant or make the situation even worse.

So yeah... that was my birthday... lol. I had to remind my parents it was my birthday too earlier in the day and my mom just called me lazy -__-' wtf.

What's going to happen now is I'm going to wait for the call from the constable, call the city official who left his contact card here, call a tenancy office branch regarding our legal rights and talk to the psychopath after I do all of that and tell her to GTFO and serve her an eviction notice.

I'm sure by now she's trying to tell people some sob story about how some Asian people took advantage of her even though she came to the house everyday and basically begged my parents to let her live here because her ex-roommates were bullies >.<

I wish our parents were smart. lol.

May Update!

Ok to be honest I should actually start writing the updates post from the start of the month since I really can't remember what happened LOL. I also don't think anything interesting is going to happen for the rest of this month.

Top Shop had a sale at some point earlier this month and all I got was a pair of shoes. For some reason I always get buyers remorse these days... I guess its because I'm frugal but then I get home and I'll be like "I need more clothes!" lol

Right now (as I'm writing this) Steve is in Montreal trying to find out what's happening with his sister since she doesn't want to contact him or his mom plus she totally blocked us on Facebook so we can't see what she's doing, its like wtf... does she think I'm going to rat her out? lol If she's doing drugs or mutilating herself then yeah I'm gonna let her family know otherwise don't care lol.

 *UPDATE* turns out it was just a big waste of money sending Steve to Montreal... like really, your daughter doesn't pick up her phone and you pay $900 for a ticket (plus like $300 - 400 in cash) to get your son to where she is and find out she's just sick and busy with her school finals to pick up your phone calls... smart..

I'm also reading a book called "Escape from Camp 14" its based on a true story of a guy that escaped a camp in North Korea, it pisses me off already. As in Why doesn't anyone do anything about North Korea!? COME ON! WTF! lol

In other news my parents and Ashley sort of made up.. I guess lol. Our dad was pretty sad because it was her birthday so he wrote her this letter saying that he misses her and that he was sorry for making her unhappy. It made me sad too reading it and confused because his writing sucks lol. Ashley said that the only way that they're gonna talk is if "that bitch" (aka our mom) apologized. When they talked on the phone our dad got emotional but our mom on the other hand... made it seem like a joke, I wanted to punch her in the face so I'm curious to see what's going to happen when they come and visit next month.

But since she's coming up next month we can go SHOPPING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! YAAA I need new stuff lol. My birthday as well as her husband's mom's birthday is coming up so we're gonna go CELEBRATE BITCHES! lol

I've also noticed that whenever I take selfies and try to upload them onto the blog, they become warped so I'm going to have to find away around that especially when I'm trying to talk about skincare products lol.
