Do You Believe in the Police?

I used to... not anymore.

No, I didn't do anything illegal.

I got the news last week that Steve has gotten into the RCMP. He goes to depot on Jan 9th? Around there.

Its not that I'm pissed off that he got in. I'm pissed off about the fact that he openly told them that he has sexually assaulted someone in his application package and again on the polygraph and yet they OMITTED his interview with a psychologist.

It makes me wonder who else has gotten in for doing something either similar or worse.

I'm still within the means to actually do something legally about him sexually assaulting me a few years ago and the thought has crossed my mind, but will I do it? I don't know yet.

He did the test, the MMPI, which is all True or False questions and then they just threw him into depot right away, I guess it helps when you have buddies who are in the police already, seriously. 3 buddies that he's worked with are working for the RCMP, Delta police and the Calgary police, it really makes your resume stand out. PLUS the fact that he's like the boss for the security team at the hospital.

You would think that an interview with a psychologist would at least assess the risk of him committing something like that again, especially if he is in a position of power working with potentially vulnerable people. But, he was drunk right? so its ok -__-'

There's tons of things he needs to work on but I guess that it doesn't matter, right?

Its people like him that are getting accepted into the RCMP that still have things to work on that are fucking it up for the rest of them.

I really want to move away now because it really freaks me out.

I have no faith in the police anymore honestly.
I can't take these guys seriously anymore and nor do my friends but who cares about our opinions right?

September Updates

I finally got a new phone!!!

Well.. technically not lol, Steve got a new phone off craigslist (Samsung Galaxy S4) and he gave me his old Iphone 4S! I can actually use Instagram again!! I want the new Samsung Galaxy Note 3!! T_T but I'm poor.. super sad lol.

So sorry about the lack of updates, I wouldn't have thought that school would keep me this busy.. lol.  I  got a wind burn on my lips earlier this month >.< and they were all puffy and red and irritated! I was super pissed off about it! It was so flippin embarrassing to have it too because everyone stares at it. I went out to London Drugs the other day to pick up some Vaseline (Steve told me it helped when he had a windburn a long time ago) and I had a choice between a super monster tub for $5 and a super tiny one for $2... I ended up getting the $2 and I'm pretty sure people at school would be like wtf if I showed up with a big tub of Vaseline lol.

I'm really regretting taking that Mandarin class lol, I mean I like the class and all but its just at a super inconvenient time >.< class starts at 6:30pm ends at 8:30pm and then it takes me like an hour and 15 minutes to get home plus there's like a three hour gap between my two classes and I don't know what to do with myself half of the time. When I signed up I thought it would only be an hour class.. boy was I wrong! lol

Man! Steve's mom should never have taken this course, she makes me do all her stupid work! She'll write her shit down in really crappy english (she took university english classes like WTF! she can't even form a simple sentence!) to the point where I have to re-write the whole damn thing and its SUPER FRUSTRATING especially when I have my own school work to do and usually she asks me to do it the day before a fucking test and she gets SUPER bitchy when I don't do it for her.

I've been so exhausted lately, school is really draining my energy T_T I just wish I went to a school that was much closer but that aint happenin! lol

I was craving ramen SO BAD! So we went to Kintaro Ramen on Denman street ^__^ it was soo goooood!! lol I was gonna order the cheese ramen but then I ended up getting the spicy one.

I guess its a short update, I don't expect the next few months to be any more exciting that what I've posted lol mainly because of school. I'll probably post up things that I purchase and have tried.. lol

A bit of Shopping

Wahooo I finally ordered a new charger for my DSLR camera.

I've had my camera for like 5 years lol (Nikon D5000) but I lost the charger for it like two years ago and I never replaced it cause I rarely use it but I decided I should start using it for photos for this blog >.< you can see my deadly horrible skin LOL. I have a feeling after I receive the charger in the mail I'm going to freaking find the charger somewhere in the house -__-' lol. It always bugs me when people walk into Future Shop looking for a charger for their camera and they buy a $30-40 universal charger when they can get one on ebay for less than $10 and have the same quality LOL.

I also ordered a remote for it too so I can take semi-ok quality selfies without having to hold the camera -__-' I'm contemplating whether or not I should get a tripod or not.. although Steve will probably be like "why are you getting all this camera stuff?" LOL he still doesn't know about the blog..

The other day we took a trip to Richmond cause my friend wanted to get a ridiculously overpriced haircut and it takes 1 hour for the guy to cut his hair -___-' Anyways while he got his haircut me and Steve browsed the mall.

 This mall is filled with Asian goods! 

but some are overly expensive 

$300 for a cardigan? no thanks lol

 Steve wanted to get a new ring for himself

we had matching ones a while back but they suck and broke so he bought a new one

go to Aquamarine in Aberdeen they have a huge selection

 He paid like $100 for this -__-' 

I got mine at Swarovski for $60 LOL

 Also had lunch! Steve's Chicken Don

 I went here for lunch! 

They're known for their Hainanese Chicken (I think that's what its called)

 So good! I got their special

It comes with ginger rice and a semi-spicy sauce

I think I'll do a decent post for Aberdeen since there's so much to see/do there.

We did a bit of grocery shopping yesterday mainly meat and snacks lol as we were running low on food in the house. I don't remember doing a post on Samgyupsal (pork belly) >.< ok I can't spell it properly but you get the idea lol. Steve and his mom taught me the super simple method that they like eating, they also like eating it for special occasions such as birthdays hopefully those who read it can get access to the ingredients :D

 He got me a beansprout spicy soup -___-' I hate beansprouts lol

 Also got one of these fish waffles for dessert!

I also did my taxes yesterday and I'm getting quite a bit of money back! *beams* but I'm going to save it for something.. not sure for what yet probably end up paying for the vacation I have planned in the winter :D or something that won't last a week or two lol.

Oh! and I found a random mascara I bought at Nature Republic when I was in Hawaii lodged in my backpack lol so I'm going to try to use it >.< if it sucks I give up on makeup LOL.

Sistar is my favorite Kpop girl group! It used to be 2NE1 but I found that after listening to their songs a few times I got annoyed by them or I'll like their song for a week lol (and yes I'm aware this is a Sistar19 song for those who are super anal about these things)
